The first thing you notice is the large walk-in refrigerator where all of the ingredients are kept fresh and within reach.
Then your eyes wander to the prep area where chefs are busy chopping vegetables and prepping dishes for service. You might also notice the huge ovens that are used to cook some of our signature dishes like lobster thermidor and crab au gratin. And of course, no kitchen would be complete without a dishwashing station!
