GameStop Stock Rides the Wave of Sony PlayStation 5 Preorders

PlayStation 5 preorders have started, and GameStop is already enjoying the benefits.
The next generation of consoles begins in 2020 (and maybe sooner) with Sony PlayStation 5. Sony started accepting PlayStation 5 preorders this week.
I don’t know about you, but I’m considering a PlayStation 5 preorder. I mean, who wouldn’t want to get their hands on Sony’s new console? Especially when it’s rumored to have some fantastic features!
Not surprisingly, GameStop already sees a surge in demand for PlayStation 5 preorders. The company’s stock is up 3% as a result, and it doesn’t look like the market will die down anytime soon.
This isn’t the first time GameStop has seen a surge in PlayStation 5 preorders. Last year, when Sony revealed the console’s name and release date, GameStop’s stock spiked as well.
One thing that has a lot to do with this is that gamers tend to be early adopters. Well, at least they are when it comes to preordering their favorite games and consoles. So long story short, if gamers are interested in something, they do everything in their power to get their hands on it as fast as possible.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that you should jump on the PlayStation 5 bandwagon just yet. As Sony has yet to announce anything official about the console, it might be a good idea to wait for their following big announcement before sinking any money into preorders. That being said, if there are PlayStation 5 preorders available in your country, I’d say go for it.
I mean, the PS4 Pro and PS4 Slim were both unique consoles with a ton of great titles that you can still enjoy today. So to me, they’re worth every penny! Also, don’t forget about all the PlayStation 4 exclusive games coming out this year (or next year) that you’ll want to check out.
So, what do you think? Are you going to preorder a PlayStation 5? Let us know in the comments below!

What happened to the perfect child? One woman’s incredible story
The words “autism” or “Asperger’s” were not part of my childhood vernacular. I grew up as a typical child in New York City but always felt like living behind a mask. I knew that something wasn’t quite right as my parents and teachers would constantly tell me to “lighten up.” It was like they were speaking a foreign language, one that I couldn’t comprehend.
That is, until middle school
When I started hanging out with the art kids. I found my people. They were quirky, kind of weird, and true to themselves. That’s when I started to become myself.
As a teenager, the pressure of being “perfect” was suffocating. It seemed like everyone around me had it all figured out. Including me! So while most girls were talking about boys and their latest crushes, I was busy pretending to be someone I wasn’t.
After college, when I was finally diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome, everything made sense. And it was a relief to finally have a name for all the things that I had been struggling with my entire life.
Although there is no “cure” for Asperger Syndrome, I could thrive with suitable accommodations and support. I’m now a successful writer and have been married to my husband for over ten years.
I share my story hoping that it will help other people living with undiagnosed Asperger Syndrome know that they are not alone. And that with the right supports in place. They can also thrive.
If you or someone you know is struggling with Asperger Syndrome and has not been diagnosed, please reach out for help. There are many resources available, both online and offline. You are not alone.
Conclusion:
The PlayStation 4 Pro is the perfect console for gamers who want to take their game-playing experience up a notch. Whether you’re looking for an upgrade or just looking to buy your first gaming system, this product has all the features you need. It’s fast and powerful, with more than 60 frames per second on high-definition games, so there are no lag issues when it comes to gameplay.
In addition, there are plenty of accessories available if you want extra controllers or other items like headphones or headsets. This device also supports HDR so that colors will be much richer and sharper than ever in many popular video games! If these exciting features aren’t enough, I don’t know what could make them appealing because they should have everything covered–no complaints here!
