What Made You Decide to Open a Vegan Twin-Run Kitchen
When we first started toying with the idea of opening our own restaurant, we knew that we wanted it to be special. We wanted a place where people could come and enjoy amazing food without having to worry about whether or not it was vegan. That’s when we decided to open a vegan twin-run kitchen.
We both come from large families and food has always been a big part of our lives. Cooking is something that we’re both passionate about and we love being able to share that passion with others through our food. We strongly believe that veganism is the future of food and by opening our own restaurant, we hope to show people just how delicious and exciting vegan cuisine can be.
We’ve been running our kitchen for just over a year now and it’s been an incredible journey so far. We’ve met so many amazing people and had the opportunity to cook for some truly wonderful events. It’s been an absolute joy sharing our love of food with others and watching them fall in love with veganism too!
